**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a similarly related field. Alternatively, an Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance (or similar) with a minimum of three years in a maintenance leadership role. Experience leading large scale capital projects is a plus. Certifications in HVAC, boiler operation, industrial electronics, plumbing, industrial automation, or similar is preferred.

**EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Ability to self-motivate, manage responsibilities, and work independently, including strong multi-tasking and critical thinking skill.
- Ability to work, communicate effectively.
- Some experience with Facilities maintenance with journey-level performance in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical, Grounds, and General Maintenance preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, operating procedures, technical procedures, and government regulations.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of management in a multi-functional team environment is required.
