We are searching for the best talent for **MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR III (TURNO 3)** **to be in **Juárez**.

**Purpose**:
Proporciona apoyo directo a las líneas de producción. Asegura que el proceso de fabricación cumple con los parámetros validados y el producto cumple con las especificaciones. Supervisa a los asociados de producción para cumplir con los programas de producción en conformidad con el Sistema de Calidad, requerimientos de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente (EHS) y las políticas de la empresa, al tiempo que garantiza que los recursos humanos, de maquinaria, equipo y materiales se utilicen con eficacia y eficiencia.

**You will be responsible for**:
Bajo supervisión limitada y de acuerdo con todas las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y procedimientos y lineamientos del Corporativo Johnson & Johnson, esta posición
- Responsable de proporcionar conocimientos técnicos y de liderazgo para las operaciones de fabricación diarios y asegurar que los métricos establecidos, incluyendo producción, calidad, desperdicio y tiempo de ciclo, se cumplen.
- Proporciona conocimientos técnicos específicos para apoyar proyectos especiales, operaciones piloto, mejoras de productos y procesos, y cuando se requiera también proporciona información para desarrollar pronósticos de gasto de capital y presupuestos de compra de equipos /piezas de repuesto para apoyar las necesidades del negocio.
- Supervisa al personal de producción y colabora con departamentos de apoyo para cumplir o exceder las metas y objetivos de la Unidad de Negocios y en alineación con los de la planta y de la franquicia.
- Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente; proporciona apoyo a iniciativas relacionadas con programas de seguridad y ergonomía.
- Asegura que las actividades de fabricación se llevan a cabo de conformidad con el Sistema de Calidad y realiza esfuerzos para mejorar la cultura de la calidad y el cumplimiento. -Gestiona la utilización eficaz y eficiente de los recursos humanos, equipo, y materiales para optimizar el desempeño.
- Apoya los programas de premios y reconocimientos, participa en el desarrollo de los empleados, actúa como un mentor, y promueve el talento.
- Impulsa los esfuerzos de Manufactura Esbelta, incluyendo el mantenimiento de los métricos de desempeño, balanceo de líneas, la fabricación de flujo continuo, los esfuerzos de reducción de inventarios y las buenas prácticas de orden y limpieza.
- Ejecuta o supervisa la captura de datos en los sistemas necesarios, tales como JDE, Kronos, y otros.
- Apoya las transferencias de procesos y la introducción de nuevos productos
- Ejecuta actividades específicas de validaciones.
- Coordina las actividades de comunicación con asociados de producción.
- Identifica y apoya la resolución de los problemas laborales en coordinación con el departamento de Recursos Humanos.
- Desarrolla y mantiene una cultura basada en el Credo.
- Bajo supervisión general, apoya la investigación, implementación y documentación de acciones correctivas y preventivas para mejorar el desempeño operacional y para cumplir con los requisitos del Sistema de Calidad, tales como NCR, CAPA, observaciones de auditoría y otros.
- Bajo supervisión general, lleva a cabo y documenta los programas de capacitación y entrenamiento para los asociados y se asegura de cumplir a tiempo con las fechas programadas.
- Es responsable de coordinar y/o apoyar la investigación, implementación y documentación de acciones correctivas y preventivas para mejorar el desempeño operacional y para cumplir con los requisitos del Sistema de Calidad, tales como NCR, CAPA, observaciones de auditoría y otros.
- Lleva a cabo reducciones de costo año a año, incluyendo mejoras en la productividad y en la reducción de defecto
