ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
The Content Licensing team at TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Global Marketing Manager to join our team in México. This position is key in supporting the Sales team by being responsible for external communications with clients and other media publications and internal corporate presentations to c-suite executives. This position is also responsible of coordinating the entire sales effort in major industry events.

The role will report to the VP, Global Content Licensing Operations & Strategy.

ABOUT YOU:
YOUR DAY-DAY:

- Prepare presentations for clients and c-suite executives
- Lead and support the creation of workflow processes of marketing materials with key departments
- Support sales team throughout begin to end by providing all materials needed (Trailers, One Sheets, Decks, etc.)
- Keeper of all department organizational documents including tracking documents, meeting notes, opportunities calendar, timeline, execution calendar, status sheets, etc.
- Getting all new content materials
- Liaison with the creative and production teams of Televisa and ViX
- Coordinating and executing commercial activities for 10+ industry events, including presentation materials, goals, reporting, etc.
- Sending information (pre/postevent materials)
- Support to coordinate meetings during business trips and trade shows
- Volume and affiliate client's availability notifications
- Design creative banners and other products in a dynamic environment
- Make designs based on the needs of the sales team
- Team up with Brand Marketing to ensure that all efforts are focused on correctly representing the company's brand.

YOU HAVE:

- 3-5 years of experience supporting sales and/or commercial experience
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent exposure to TV Production, Marketing, Communications or Digital Media
- Must have a good understanding of broadcast design and multimedia technologies.
- Must be proficient in written and oral Spanish and English
- Experience in the entertainment industry
- Highly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and presentations skills required.
- Able to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational / time management skills and be detail oriented
