Verificar errores en los procesos por sistema para dar ubicación de material en el sistema, registro de ubicaciones, búsqueda de inventarios, etc., con la finalidad de que los sistemas se mantengan estables para la operación. Asegurar el funcionamiento de los equipos computacionales. Monitorear la plataforma para transmision de señales, verificar status, contenido de archivos, lectura de archivos. Ser responsable de verificar los errores de sistema (Recibos, Señales), así como analizar la raíz del problema, identificar si es interno o externo o hacer escalaciones cuando los permisos requieran un nível servido avanzado o base de datos. Ser encargado de implementar en los sistemas lo requerimientos y configuraciones especificados por proveedores o clientes. Manejar la Base de datos MOCA/SQL, para confirmar integridad de datos, hot fix errores en proceso operacional que el WMS no permite hacer en la interfaz WEB. Interpretar archivos X12/Señales EDI para verificar un correcto mapeo de los archivos y proporcionar retrol alimentacion sobre posibles mejoras y/o errores detectados. Realizar la corrección del manual de señales que presenten error en transmision para minimizar los contratiempos generados al flujo de la operación diaria. Ser responsable de la migración de nuevas funciona establecidas por el área de IT, actualizaciones para JDA (Sistema de gestión del almacén), solicitar cuentas, equipo telefónico, seguridad de la información y equipos. Dar seguimiento a los errores escalados, así como definir las causas raíz y proponer acciones de mejora para la estabilización de los procesos involucrados.Licenciatura y/o ingenieria terminada.
