Molex division is seeking a** Fiber Optics Trainee** for the El Salto, Jalisco Location.

Molex LLC is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. Molex offers over 100,000 products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive and consumer electronics.

**Our Team**

You will provide support to the Manufacturing Area, specifically in Fiber Optic projects.

**What You Will Do**
- Time studies collaboration
- Proactively review and continuously improve product structuring
- Update ISO documents and training materials to reflect process changes.
- Leverage external/internal best practices to identify continuous process improvement opportunities.
- Creation of Work standards
- Collect of data related to the process
- Definition of standards
- Approval Protocol Documentation
- Process Validations
- KPIS Report

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Student of the last semesters or recently graduated from the careers of Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics
- Understanding of manufacturing & industrial engineering fundamentals
- Results-driven individual with a strong attention to detail and creative problem solvingskills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.

- English intermediate / Advanced
