Activities include analysis of customer feedback, unique market conditions and competitiveness evaluations for target settings followed by project coordination and validations (Digital & Phisical) thru development cycle.

Test plan preparation, coordination, execution, results, report and follow up.

**Customer Feedback**:
Data base processing, analysis, report and follow up.

**Competitiveness**:
Media and magazine monitoring for new vehicle launch, trends and upgrades.

Understanding of situations for impact on vehicle performance
