**Your role at Baxter**:
Supports Front Office team and Shift Supervisor in the day to day operation of their shift. Monitors interaction queues, attendance and caller escalations. Monitors systems throughout the shift and escalates issues to IT if needed. Communicates at shift handovers to alert of watch out items or accomplishments.

**What you'll be doing**
- Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP’s, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department specific requirements.
- Provides customer and internal personnel with operational assistance over the phone.
- Coordinates exchange of customer's malfunctioning device with operating device when necessary.
- Responsible for on-line documentation of all customer contact.
- Identifies and assist in implementing any changes necessary to manage the accuracy of the troubleshooting trees and reference material.
- Proactively and continually seeks enhancements to improve customer interface and equipment reliability.
- Supports Front Office Team with interaction management whilst on shift. Ensuring that the team members are resolving inquiries in a timely manor.
- Support Training team with the onboarding process of new team members.
- Monitors systems, schedule, attendance queues and escalations. Escalates as necessary.
- Can articulate communications related to items that occurred throughout the shift and identify who the communications should be sent to.

**What you'll bring**

Associates degree or equivalent experience required.

1-3 years prior work or equivalent experience in a Front-Line role.
