**SOURCING LEADER**

The main objective of this position is to develop suppliers to supply the organization efficiently, negotiate with new and strategic suppliers, follow up on sales projects, together the sales team in the process, reduce costs in the product or service acquired without affecting the quality.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute purchasing strategies with new and strategic suppliers to have competitive advantages, this includes (selection, development and consolidation to guarantee the good performance of suppliers).
- Develop strategies with suppliers to improve costs, quality and deliveries.
- Monitoring of monthly consumption according to customer contracts.
- Monitor the quality, delivery times and payments of our suppliers, that the times are agreed and carry out improvement processes.
- Award, negotiate and execute contracts with external providers.
- Stay updated on market trends.
- Lead sales projects in coordination with the team, following up the sample process (manufacturing, pre-registration, shipping, quality inspection, delivery, approval by the client)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Engineering, Administration or similar degree.
- 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of interpretation of drawings and specifications.
- Analysis capacity.
- Excellent communication.
- Teamwork
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Leadership.
