POSITION OBJECTIVE

Develop and implement efficiency projects based on times and movements studies and the analysis of value added and non-value activities with the software AVIX. These activities are looking for waste elimination creating inclusive and safety workstations. Development of capable processes with the quality standards.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Validate that operators follow the correct sequence of the balancing document.
Take times and videos of every workstation.
Calculate cycle time and make efficiency charts of every workstation.
Generate the new balancing proposal with the activities.
Make tryouts and meetings with the multidisciplinary team in order to validate changes.
Update routings, visual aids, work instructions and the risk analysis of every model year.
Upload the new information in SAP and AVIX.

**Education**:
Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
