Role Description:
Sermo is in search of a Presentation Specialist that will be responsible for the design and execution of a wide variety of materials including new business and client presentations, internal communications, templates, proposals, pitch books and miscellaneous marketing materials for all Sermo business units. Ultimately, you’re responsible for continuing the success of our daily sales practices —we offer a rare opportunity to make a significant impact at an established company poised for growth. This person will also be responsible for coordinating social media posts across Sermo’s corporate channel using pre-approved copy and creative assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually compelling new business proposals, capability presentations, case studies, sell sheets and other sales materials using pre-built templates, client templates, or built-from-scratch
- Ensure brand consistency and sophistication in all external-facing sales materials
- Work collaboratively with Insights & Analytics team and the Sales team to determine project needs and deliverables as well as manage expectations and delivery timelines
- Maintain updated library of core sales materials
- Multitask on multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Organize and archive presentation files and assets in designated Cloud storage locations
- A small portion of the role (5%) includes coordinating Sermo’s social media content management system, Sprout; responsibilities include scheduling approved posts including copy and multi-media, ensuring all tags work properly and implementing social best practices

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales or other related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing/sales associate role
- Well-organized, with a high degree of ownership over their work and attention to detail
- Poise in a fast-paced business environment
- Experience with healthcare companies including media agencies and pharmaceutical companies a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven track record working in cross-departmental groups
- Software skills: Expert MS Powerpoint, Strong Microsoft Word, Strong Microsoft Excel; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Web Design would be a big plus.
- Experience with Sprout or another social media scheduling software a plus; must have an intermediate understanding of social media practices such as posting and tagging on Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Instagram
- Software skills: Expert MS Powerpoint, Strong Microsoft Word, Strong Microsoft Excel; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Web Design would be a big plus.
