**Accountant (LATAM)**

With a strategic partnership with Deutsche Telekom and 200+ customers in over 15 countries and offices in Silicon Valley, India, Germany, Mexico, Brazil and UK we work with our customers to ensure they have a new degree of control of their shipments than ever thought possible.

The **Accountant **for** Latin America** will provide support to the Global Finance team by managing daily accounting tasks for Roambee’s businesses in **Mexico and Brazil.** You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

This role reports to the** Assistant Financial Accountant - LATAM **and is based out of** Puebla, Mexico.**

Your area of responsibilities would be:

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly / yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years’ related experience preferred
- Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
