**About the role**:
The Site Services role encompasses delivering and proactively supporting best in class end user computing experience and is vital to supporting the innovation work done by our food technologists across all RD&A centers.

**What would you do?**:

- Update all User queries through our ServiceNow incident logging system regarding call progression and complete all incidents and tasks in a timely manner based on Service Level Agreements.
- Document and submit new solutions into ICT knowledgebase
- Responsible for delivery and installation of new ICT hardware and software in line with current processes and procedures
- Ensure Site documentation is accurate, timely and relevant
- Provide helpful and professional service at all times
- Responsible for ensuring the ICT standards and Policies are maintained and implemented at Site level
- Responsible for maintenance and support for Site Infrastructure.
- Ensure all desktops and laptops are patched to the highest available level and all have the latest Anti-Virus Updates installed.
- Ability to support users from all levels of the business and able to support users remotely.

**What will you need to be successful?**:

- Bachelor’s degree (ICT or other related discipline)
- 1 to 3 years of experience of working in a Service Desk or support environment.
- An in depth understanding of Desktop Operating Systems, Windows 7/ Windows 8, Windows 10.
- Good understanding of MS Office
- Be able to diagnose and if necessary, repair PC, Laptop and printer faults.
- Intermediate English level
