MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:
Básicas:
- Escribe especificaciones para el entendimiento funcional y técnico
- Escribe especificaciones técnicas y otras formas de documentación
- Analiza los requisitos y traduce los requisitos comerciales en diseños de productos
- Sugiere alternativas técnicas y mejora / agiliza procesos y sistemas
- Proporciona análisis y diseños para nuevas funcionalidades o analiza y modifica la lógica en las funcionalidad existentes
- Realiza actividades de planificación, análisis y previsión para planificar proyectos y tareas.
- Da mantenimiento a aplicaciones y programas de software en los lenguajes requeridos. Además, da soporte a las aplicaciones de software existentes,
- identifica y resuelve problemas y errores básicos de las aplicaciones
- Garantiza que las mejoras del sistema se implementen con éxito
Deseables:
- Conocimiento de la metodología de Banco Santander
- Dominio de la herramientas de gestión internas de Banco Santander
Conocimiento del Core Bancario, Conocimiento funcional Bancario, Experiência en la aplicación de Cartera / Prestamos Bancarios
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Cobol
- JCL
- DB2
- Herramientas:
Z/os 390, CICS, CHGMAN, TSO/ISPF, JCL, Control-M
Aplicación: Cartera Altamira
Utilización de herramientas ChangeMan, Dimension, y Service Now.
Habilidades de comunicacion
Habilidades en:
- Administración de equipos
- Toma de decisiones y ejecución de acciones en ruta crítica de aplicativos en punto productivo.
- Asignación de tareas.
- Atención de incidentes y soportes para el plan de continuidad del negocio.
