Estamos buscando un(a) talentoso(a) **Quality Assurance Manager** para unirse a nuestro equipo especializado en **QUALITY** para nuestro Power Systems Business Segment en San Luis Potosí, S.L.P, MEXICO.
En este rol, tendrás un impacto de las siguientes formas:
- El Líder de Calidad del Sitio genera valor al formar un equipo eficaz, gestionar las operaciones diarias o respaldar iniciativas que permiten que la función, la unidad de negocios o el cliente logren sus objetivos comerciales.
- Gestiona y puede liderar el desarrollo, la implementación y el mantenimiento de subconjuntos o de todos los aspectos del sistema de calidad de la planta.
- Supervisa los equipos de mejora para garantizar que se alcancen los objetivos y se informe sobre ellos (por ejemplo: Mejoras Right First Time [RFT], costo de la mala calidad, Consejo de Calidad del Producto) para el sitio.
- Garantiza que se realicen evaluaciones y auditorías de calidad en el sitio de acuerdo con el sistema de calidad de la planta.
- Es responsable de garantizar que los productos y procesos del sitio cumplan con los estándares de calidad iniciales y a largo plazo (Requisitos específicos del cliente, planificación avanzada de calidad del producto (APQP), presentación de documentación del proceso de aprobación de piezas de producción [PPAP], etc.).
- Defiende las iniciativas de mejora continua en la planta mediante la utilización de metodología probada en la industria; Core tools.
- Gestiona el proceso Six Sigma en la planta (ejemplos: es el facilitador de afinamiento, es Master Black Belt [MBB] que actúa en la planta, y establece el progreso de certificación y hace un seguimiento de este, etc.).
- Establece prioridades y requisitos de calidad al implementar nuevas tecnologías a nível del sitio.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitarás lo siguiente:
- Ingenierías Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica; Eléctrica, Electrónica o afines
- 5 a 7 años de experiência en un puesto de calidad en proceso de manufactura y mejora continua
- Preferiblemente mínimo 3 años de experiência gerencial
- Experiência en gestión y desarrollo de personal (Manejo de equipos de trabajo mínimo 5 personas)
- Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing, resolución de problemas con 7 pasos, six sigma, etc.
- Experiência y Manejo de Core tools de mejora continua
- Experiência en Normas de calidad ISO, UL SSA, SGS
- Experiência en arranques de nuevos procesos
