What You’ll Do

Your job is to translate calls between English and Spanish for different departments. You’ll help our company’s representatives and policyholders communicate better. Here's what you’ll be doing:

- Answer calls and translate them from English to Spanish or vice versa.
- Use scripts to help with translations and ensure clear communication.
- Work with others and share feedback for training.
- Suggest ways to improve processes.
- Follow schedules to keep customers happy.
- Work 48 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.

What You Need

To get this job, here's what you need:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Good at speaking and writing.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Can type while talking on the phone.
- Able to work both independently and with a team.
- Can adapt to new things quickly.
- Must be reliable and flexible.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Can make quick decisions to balance company rules and customer needs.

Bonus Skills

If you have these skills, it's a plus:

- Able to type at least 30 words per minute.
- Experience in translation or interpretation.

Pay: $5,500.00 per week
