As a Nutrition Sales Specialist you take pride in representing Baxter and our nutrition portfolio of products. Your keen understanding of your products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.

In this position you cover the parenteral nutrition product line calling on Pharmacists, Dietitians, Clinicians and Specialists. You enjoy seeing the connections between these teams and how they work together to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes and ultimately help drive our mission of saving and sustaining lives forward

**What you'll be doing**:

- Achieving sales quotas through the direct sale of the company's parenteral nutrition product portfolio by implementing sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives.
- Calling on prospective customers, mastering effective sales presentations, providing technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices.
- Supervising sales against forecasts and participating in the determination of market potential for the territory.
- Partnering closely with marketing, medical information and consultant pharmacists to support customer experience.
- Providing feedback to your immediate supervisor and marketing personnel for the development of marketing policy, recommended product and product line revisions as well as pricing changes.
- Promoting the Baxter Culture through positive ongoing relationships and activities.

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Successful hospital sales experience selling to multiple customers
- Clinical experience as a nurse, dietitian, or pharmacist with parenteral nutrition patients is a plus
- Successful sales experience with IV therapy products and/or pharmacy operations is a plus
