Responsabilidades:_**
- Apoyar al gerente general a elaborar el plan de operacion y produccion anual y el plan de trabajo.
- Organizar y redactar la descripcion y desglose de los objetivos del plan de trabajo anual de la sucursal de fabrica y el plan de operacion y producción anual.
- Elevación de efectividad de producción, elevación de capacidades de empleados de primera linea.
- Proyectos de mejora de plantas de producción.
- Asignación y Organización de personal y equipos.
- Asignación de recursos de maquinas y otros trabajos de planeación y supervision de que los demás departamentos lleven a cabo y avancen en sus tareas.
- Establecer y revisar el "Sistema y Proceso de Retroalimentación de Anormalidades en la Producción" y presentarlo al gerente general para su aprobación, y promover la promoción e implementación de la capacitación.
- Determinar el plan de producción mensual con el gerente de ventas todos los meses y supervisar la finalización del plan de producción.
- Supervisar la implementación del mantenimiento diario y las inspecciones diarias de todos los equipos de producción en el sitio de producción por parte de cada departamento de producción, y verificar la hoja de registro de inspección diaria del equipo.
- Ayudar al departamento de calidad a supervisar las inspecciones de calidad del producto todos los días, manejar las anomalías de calidad de manera oportuna y garantizar una producción estable.
- Completar la inspección del sistema de seguridad de tres níveles y la supervisión y operación del sistema de seguridad de tres níveles.
- Gestion y construccion del equipo：
(1) Responsable de organizar la reunión semanal del director del taller para resumir el trabajo de la semana anterior, organizar el contenido del trabajo de esta semana y redactar las actas de la reunión; (2) Responsable de organizar la reunión resumida mensual del sucursal de fábrica para resumir el progreso del trabajo del mes pasado y hacer un cronograma de tareas de producción para el próximo mes (convocar varias reuniones a tiempo, redactar actas de las reuniones y enviarlas al gerente general); (3) participar en la reunión mensual de análisis comercial de la empresa.

Licenciatura, Ingeniería o Superior.

Nível de **_inglés avanzado_**. (indispensable)

Experiência en posión como Gerente de Producción.
