Coordinate the purchase of assigned materials, subcomponents and services in a multi-plant environment. Implement detailed tracking programs for the launch of assigned products, control inventory levels and ensure coverage of open orders. Demonstrates full ownership for all assigned customer accounts, including; introduction of new products, negotiations with suppliers, inventory levels and MRB disposition. - The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or skill required. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and superior attention to detail. 1) Execution of messages received on Mondays of the system in the same week: - Placement of new orders. - Issue orders that are required before the vendor's commitment date when required. - Issue orders that are already behind suppliers. - Negotiate the date change for orders that are required after the commitment date. 2) Negotiate the reduction the amount in purchase orders that exceed the requirements in the System. 3) Negotiate the Cancellation of Orders that is no longer required to receive the material according to the System. 4) Resolve discrepancies found by the receipt department between the purchase order and the material physically received. 5) Resolve discrepancies found by the quality department (negotiate with the supplier the return of the material via credit or replenishment as required) 6) Resolve discrepancies found by the finance department between the purchase order and the vendor invoice. 7) Obtain approval of the risk purchase (RB) from the project manager (PM) and by internal AFG bale following the detailed approval matrix in the RB format before placing a purchase order when the quantity to be purchased is higher than the demand in the system. 8) Obtain approval of the purchase of materials with price difference (PPV) from the project manager (PM) before placing a purchase order when the purchase price is higher than that authorized in the system.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor of business administration, engineering, industrial relations or similar. - 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in high supply chain mix
- low volume, accelerated pace of manufacturing environment type ems, experience in company of the rotation of electronics. - Ability to handle a variety of comodities including negotiations, cost management, and inventories. - Ability to analyze and interpret in general periodic business reports, technical procedures or government regulations.ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. - Ability to present information in an effective way and answer questions from groups of managers, clients and the general public. - Office windows, word, excel (graphs, spread sheets, pivot table, v-look up, etc.) - Experience in erp software such us oracle qad (preferably). - Relationship of interacting between customer and supplier is required. - Bilingual english
