- Meet or exceed monthly forecast collections targets for assigned regions.
- Communicate with customers and document disputes following ESC Policies and Procedures.
- Collaborate with management to mitigate financial risks and improve forecast goals.
- Maintain customer accounts, reduce outstanding balances, and prepare accounts for collections.
