**Role Purpose**

Ensure direct material requirements of the business, Plan material deliveries on time to the appropriate quality standards, through a highly capable and cost effective supply base (QCD Standards). QCD).

**Key responsibilities**
- Direct Subject Matter Expert, covering multiple plants.
- Support the build, align and execute the Business strategy.
- In charge of costing and sourcing process in coordination with CAPM area to ensure flawless launch and on-time performance launch and on-time performance.
- Lead negotiations and formal contractual agreements related to direct material in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Supervise supplier financial performance, ensure actual material savings and forecasts are reflected in a timely manner forecasts are reflected in a timely and accurate manner in the Procurement systems (PAP update).
- Supervise supplier quality and delivery performance, support the Quality and Supply Chain teams, support the timely negotiation and Supply Chain teams, support timely negotiation and cost recovery closeout when necessary.

**Experience and essential qualifications**
- 5-10 years of purchasing experience, preferably in direct materials.
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams, as a team leader or team member.
- Extensive knowledge in dealing with national and international suppliers.
- Advanced English. Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Visa and passport.

**Technical Competences**
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Relationship management: ability to work on different tasks.
