**Resumen de Grupo**:
El grupo de Mechatronics, Mirrors y Lighting se especializa en tecnologías automotrices que están impulsando el futuro de la movilidad. Al combinar un profundo conocimiento de sistemas para desarrollar experiências únicas de acceso a vehículos, sistemas de visión inteligente y tecnologías avanzadas de iluminación automotriz, la experiência de Mechatronics, Mirrors y Lighting (MML) ilumina el camino hacia la innovación, la seguridad y el estilo.

**Main responsibilities**:
Responsible to interpret engineering print specifications and develop a quality inspection plan including any required gauges, by understanding and utilization of quality tools to assist engineering and manufacturing collect and analyze data to stabilize and improve processes.

Time availability, due to program schedules during the week, sometimes is required to run lines on weekend.

Responsible to interpret engineering print specification and develop quality inspection plan including gauges.

Work to non-conforming parts resolution.

Develop quality criteria for new products, quality standard documentation and training Operators, auditors, inspectors.

Perform Process and product audits. Coordinate Safe Launch process and Staff review inspections.

Review, support and approve Quality Control Plans, Process FMEA’s, Flow Diagrams, and GR&R’s.

Analyze inspection results data to supervise and control part quality and process capability.

Teamwork. Great communication skills internal and with Customers.

Develop documents as First off-last off, Checking fixture measurements, P-Y’s verification list.

Supplier Rating Checklist and Supplier Quality Review

Control Plan Preparation and Control Plan Review (prior to Assy Cell Kick-off)

Dimensional Fixtures - CMM &/or SPC - Source Plan, quotation, review, validation and completion.

Dim'l Fixtures - Quote Capital Schedules, Capital Request and submission.

Dim'l Fixt Capital Req - Submit via CER Database System for approval.

CMM and/or SPC Fixtures Purchase Orders request and follow up until validation.

CMM and/or SPC Gauge Drawings - Review & Approve **PPAP**

Purchased Components Meet Spec's (dim'l, etc)

CMM and/or SPC Fixture Build - Monitor

CMM and/or SPC Fixtures - Certify **PPAP**

Gauge R&R Studies on CMM and/or SPC Fixtures **PPAP**

Supplier Component Dimensional Results Reviewed & Approved

Supplier PPAP's Reviewed & Approved **PPAP**

Purchase Component Issues/Alerts and Corrective Actions - Track

Dimensional Layouts - Full Lamp **PPAP**

Marked Up Print for Dimensional Layout - Prepare **PPAP**

Dimensional OOT Conditions - Resolve

Tool & Tool Tag Photo's - dim'l fixtures - Submit to Program Mgr

Prod'n Quality Documents (i.e. First Off's, Audit Sheets, SPC Charts)

Dimensional Capability Study Completed **PPAP**

Dimensional Capability Deficiencies Resolved **PPAP**

Material Certs & AMECA List for Plastics & Adhesives **PPAP**

Final Control Plan Updated **PPAP**

Launch Containment Plan and Criteria (Customer Specific Requirements)

Create and Review Boundary Sample with Customer (AAR’s).

Set Internal Boundary Samples.

Quality Rep Assignment.

Pre Exec Build (90 days prior to SOP)

Error Proofing Review
- Prior to Management Build.

IATF internal auditor preferred.

**Competences**
- Engineering
- 3 years of experience
- Skilled in process control statistics, use of customer satisfaction monitoring software. Familiar with the monitoring and maintenance of international Quality Standards.
- Bilingual (English - Spanish) Indispensable.
- Highly organized.
