Buscamos un _Application Support Analyst _para unirse a nuestro equipo en una empresa innovadora y en constante crecimiento. Como parte de este papel, ayudarás a nuestros clientes a sacar el máximo provecho de nuestros productos, resolverás problemas funcionales y garantizarás la satisfacción del cliente. También tendrás la oportunidad de liderar proyectos paralelos, como reclutar e incorporar nuevos compañeros y proporcionar formación.

Contribuye a la mejora continua de nuestros productos y documentación mientras interactúas con nuestros clientes a través del chat en vivo, tickets y llamadas.

Esta es una posición que **NO **se dedica exclusivamente a atender llamadas, el medio de contacto principal con los clientes es a través de nuestro sistema de _tickets._

**La posición será 40% trabajo remoto y 60% trabajo en nuestra oficina ubicada en Polanco, Ciudad de México después del periodo de Onboarding.**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Apoyar a los clientes en mejorar el uso y entendimiento de Odoo Business Apps.
- Atender incidencias funcionales del software.
- Mantener contacto con nuestros visitantes y clientes potenciales a través de tickets, live chats y llamadas.
- Aumentar la satisfacción de los clientes.
- Garantizar la mejor experiência de los clientes.
- Rol activo en la mejora de nuestro producto y toda la documentación.
- Proyectos paralelos (reclutar e incorporar nuevos compañeros, dar formación, entre otros).

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura **CONCLUIDA** enfocada a ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas o administración, negocios
- Nível de inglés: avanzado (Indispensable)
- Nível de español: avanzado (Indispensable)
- Pensamiento creativo y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera estratégica.
- Habilidad para comunicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara y eficaz, tanto por escrito como verbalmente.
- Orientación al cliente
- Autónomo y de rápido aprendizaje
- Orientación a las soluciones

**Deseable**:

- 1-3 años de experiência profesional
- Experiência profesional en un ERP.
- Experiência/conocimiento de aplicaciones basadas en SaaS/Nube
- Sociable y extrovertido
- Disposición a aprender de forma constante y a trabajar de forma proactiva
- Experiência previa en una startup de rápido crecimiento
- Conocimientos técnicos (XML, Python, JS).

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**
- Salario base competitivo a partir de 22,000 pesos brutos.
