Description

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years of experience in **Leading support team and PTC Windchill Support.**:

- Experienced in PLM support, administration of PTC Windchill and its interfaces
- ** Sound experience in the implementation of PLM processes through standard components and via customization in PTC Windchill.**
- Responsible for providing Application
- L2/L3 support on Windchill PLM tool including maintenance, support, documentation.
- Have the ability to investigate the functional, technical and performance issues and work with end-users to find the resolution. Update the documentation associated with best practices and end-user training materials
- Fluent English communication skills.
