Forecasting Planning and Analysis Analyst (FP&A Analyst)

Location: García, Nuevo León

Purpose of the position:
Provide financial insights and projections to the accounting, supply chain team and executives. You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning.

Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

**Requirements**:

- BS -Business Administration, Forecasting, Finance Planning.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively more responsible experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in using Microsoft, Advanced Excel is crucial, SAP is a plus.
- 25% availability to travel.
- Advanced English and Spanish

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide FP&A to supply chain, sales, and Finance Teams. Demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the Volume, Sales, and Margin forecasts globally (Weekly, Monthly, Annual)
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Responsible for the Annual Planning process in terms of volume, cost, and margin
- Provide margin variance analysis regarding Mix, price, cost, and volume difference.

**Salary**: 32 pesos per month gross salary + superior legal benefits.
