**Objetivo del puesto**

Es responsable de la coordinación y desarrollo de las actividades de aseguramiento de calidad del área asignada

**Actividades principales**
- Llevar a cabo las actividades asignadas por el Supervisor de Calidad Junior.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la WI de Producto No Conforme, así como de la administración de los materiales de Zona Delta.
- Asegurar la correcta identificación de material de scrap así como su disposición final (Destrucción de piezas).
- Implementar y coordinar las actividades de Sorteo / Contenciones (en coordinación con el Supervisor de Calidad Junior) generados de fallas de Calidad Internas / Externas (acciones inmediatas: difusión de Alertas de Calidad, implementar Breakpoint en Contenciones).
- Asegurar la correcta captura de defectos en sistema QSYS.
- Asegurar una adecuada liberación de producto y equipo para producción serie (Liberaciones 1ª. Pieza, Error proffing, MP Sheets, etc,).
- Responsable de realizar pruebas de calidad indicadas en plan de control (Peel test, fuerza de desprendimiento de soldadura, etc).
- Desarrollar actividades de Mediciones SPC, así como participar en el análisis de datos de los mismos, retroalimentando al Sr / Jr. de Calidad acerca del desempeño del producto y su correcta disposición.

**Requerimientos del puesto**

Bachillerato terminado

Conocimiento específico en áreas de calidad

Requisitos específicos de cliente (solo áreas relacionadas directamente con el proceso/producto)
