**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Advanced English (Indispensable).
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Self-confidence and negotiation skills.
- Time management and project follow-up skills.
