The IT Senior Analyst will be liaison between the IT teams and managed service provider that provides Service Desk services. This role is the central point of contact for the region for onboarding and offboarding solutions to the service desk and for escalations. The individual will represent the Service Desk for the region in IT and business service collaborations.

The Global Information Technology Centers are focused on being a stronger business partner, aligned to deliver on the technology needs and maintaining global support and shared expertise to advance digital capabilities across the enterprise. Our IT function is made up of employees with varied backgrounds and knowledge. This diversity of skills and expertise allows us to bring creative and innovative solutions.

**What you'll be doing**
- Collaborate with IT and business to define and document service desk requirements
- Ensure requirements are met by service desk service provider
- Coordinate service delivery of service desk services for the region
- Act as central point of contact for service desk services for the region
- Oversee service desk service provider services in a managed service model
- Perform tasks with minimum direction, independently manage complex problems, guide others

**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Computer Science field
- 5-7+ years of experience in asset management
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability
- Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills, ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities, attention to detail and strong organization skills are essential
- Familiarity working across multiple business domains in support of projects
- Ability to interact with business users, project managers, senior management, outsourced service providers, and vendors
- Self-starter, independent thinker, able to work with minimum direction, high level of initiative and energy
- Strong leadership, consultative and communication skills, analytical ability, decisiveness, judgment, and the ability to work effectively with end users, IT, staff and manage vendors
- Extensive knowledge of IT Operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with other IT professionals and business stakeholders
- Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
- Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans
- Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leade
