**Resumen del trabajo**:

- Mantener en operación y disponible los diferentes equipos de prueba para producción.

**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:

- Generar y mantener en operación las estrategias de pruebas para productos existentes.
- Desarrollar y mejorar las interfaces de pruebas (_fixtures - jigs_), de instrumentos de medición y prueba para los equipos de pruebas existentes.
- Generar los programas de los equipos de pruebas de acuerdo a las especificaciones de prueba y/o cambios de ingeniería ECO’s
- Asegurar los programas y las políticas en seguridad, salud y medio ambiente sean seguidos y evitar cualquier accidente del personal en su área.
- Búsqueda, definición e implementación de nuevos métodos o sistemas para incrementar la productividad
- Generación de Instrucción de trabajo y ayudas visuales para la operación de los equipos de prueba.
- Asegurarse que los procesos y procedimientos sean llevados a cabo.
- Análisis de fallas de los productos detectadas en prueba eléctrica, definición de causa raíz y su plan de acción de contención.
- Llevar a cabo procedimientos y/o instrucciones de trabajo aplicables a cualquier sistema regulatorio que la planta observe (ISO9000, 14000 ).
- Generar el análisis estadístico de los parámetros de prueba, cálculo de Cpk, interpretación de distribución de datos, realizar estudios GR&R.
- Apoyo en los inventarios físicos y actividades especiales requeridos por la dirección de planta.
- Asegurar el uso eficiente de refacciones y consumibles en el área de prueba, así como buscar la reducción de costos.
- Realizar corridas piloto de nuevos productos llevando a cabo las pruebas y generando los reportes requeridos por proyectos o NPI.
- Actualizar los diagramas esquemáticos de los equipos de prueba en caso de haber aplicado algún cambio o mejora.
- Mantener la innovación constante de los sistemas de prueba acudiendo a las tendencias de tecnología del mercado y de requerimientos por la estrategia de Industria 4.0, y fomentarlo a nível del personal técnico.
