At Icalia we are looking for an **IT Recruiter **to join our team.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in general recruiting positions.
- 1+ year of experience recruiting technology profiles.
- Knowledge in depth interviews.
- Knowledge of the use of different job boards administration.
- Advanced English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct contact with the operation in Icalia to identify needs.
- Correctly collect the profiles to define concretely what the company needs.
- Have the necessary sources to find the personnel required by the company (job boards, recruitment sites, agencies, schools, etc.).
- Identify the best means of recruitment to obtain the required personnel.
- Understand the needs of each area to align efforts correctly.
