**Your day-to-day**:

- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods, while maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and sales, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and performance feedback to maintain a cohesive and productive team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and legal requirements related to warehouse operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics related to warehouse operations, such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and resolving issues as needed.
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the warehouse environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluent English.**:

- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proven experience 3 years in warehouse management, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and order processing.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and employee development.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices within a warehouse setting.
- Experience working remotely or in a remote team is a plus.

Pay: $10,423.75 - $52,118.75 per month
