**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**

Help to Supervises all resources in order to warranty material flow product, productive & no productive material.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS:_**
- Supervises and management of the warehouse area.
- Supervises and generate BOL (Exact data).
- Supervises and control of productive & no productive material.
- Supervises and control inventory in shipping & Receiving area.
- Supervises and control shipping & Receiving inventory.
- Management shipping & Receiving reports.
- Assure requirements & goals of the area.
- Promotes the company’s mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton’s ethics and values as well as quality policies.

**Qualifications**:
**_ SPECIALIZE KNOWLEDGE:_**
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration or related fields required.
- 1- 2 -year experience in area.
- English - language capability, speaking, reading & writing required 50%
- Broad knowledge in BOL´s, processes and bills of materials.
- PC Programs (Windows, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills must be capable of leading the team on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.

- It requires the use management skills, act as a liaison for associates at all levels.
- Develop and implement positive employee relations (Eaton Philosophy) to encourage employee involvement and to create an environment in which employees see no need for third party intervention.
