**Main Purpose**:Provide support for the recruitment and selection processes, involve into new hiring process.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support in employee fairs calendar for all blue collar and interns positions in order to comply our SLA’s.
- Uniforms databases administration and control of all the employees register.
- Support on recruitment databases in order to bring accurate data for recruitment KPI’s.
- Will be the right hand on the interns and seed projects for Siegwerk México.
**To succeed on those positions you will need**:
- Psychology, administration, business management bachelor’s degree or related.
- Basic understanding of HR recruitment processes looking to bring innovation and improvement for all of it.
- Knowledge in local legal HR practices.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Competencies: Collaboration, Communication skills, internal customer orientation, time management, organization, responsibility and engagement.
- English: Desirable intermediate level.
