**Objetivo principal del puesto**:
Demonstrates leadership in support of Baxter values, mission and objectives. Provides leadership in Quality Assurance in to the production department. Ensures compliance to the local procedures.
**Principales Actividades, Responsabilidades y Autoridades**:
- Provides leadership and oversight for the development and coordination of the validations protocols during the Project Cascade
- Oversees product qualifications at the production level
- Participates in special projects and initiatives, as requested.
- Help to investigate customer complaint process, including review, trending, and internal / external customer feedback.
- Collect information for quality metrics for the assigned area.
- Assures that all personnel from the assigned area are trained and compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements.
**Escolaridad**:
**Experiência**:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs, with medical device experience preferred.
- Work with Assembly environment preferable
**Conocimientos**:
- Thorough understanding of process and continuous improvement principles such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen.
