Influencer Coordinator
This role will report to the Brand Manager and will be an essential member of the brand/marketing team at Oru. The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for the management and continued growth of our Influencer, Ambassador, and creators-on-demand programs.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist the brand manager with the strategy and execution of all experiential, creator content, and marketing campaigns in support of new product launches, PR initiatives, brand campaigns, and key brand moments.
Identify potential collaborators and initiate communications, manage the contract negotiations, creative briefing, and contract execution for all influencer and creator programs.
Manage creator content campaigns end-to-end, from briefing to content production through deployment, analysis, and presentation of the result.
Maintain accurate records of the creator, ambassador, and Influencer programs.
Create and Maintain the brand's creative asset library
Keep your hand on the pulse of new community-building opportunities
Drive engagement in the Oru Community Facebook group and the explorer's program
Aid in the request and review of creative assets from our editing team
Coordinate with all cross-functional partners including the sales, and customer service team
**Requirements**:
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal (English)
Strong understanding of Social Media and Trends
Creative Strategy - understanding copy, creatives, and format that convert
Strong, time management, and organizational skills
Strong project management skills, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter, highly motivated and must thrive in a fast-growing company
**Desired Experience/ Skills**:
1 year of Experience managing influencers/creators/ ambassadors
1 Year of Experience with writing and reviewing creative briefs
1 Year of Social Media Management experience
**Bonus Experience / Skills**:
Experience testing direct response formats
Previous experience managing affiliate platforms like refersion
Familiar with Shopify/ shiphero/ Google Analytics/ Canva / excel or sheets/ capcut or other social post editing software, adobe programs.
