Actualmente estamos contratando a un Desarrollador de Software Senior para trabajar de cerca con los principales interesados para entender los objetivos de negocio y asegurar que el equipo de desarrollo y las tecnologías utilizadas estén alineadas con estos.

**Responsabilidades principales de un Desarrollador de Software Senior**

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

- Trabajar de cerca con los principales interesados para entender los requisitos del negocio y ayudar a traducir estos en requisitos técnicos para el equipo de desarrollo
- Planificar y documentar las especificaciones técnicas para las características o el diseño del sistema
- Diseñar, construir y configurar aplicaciones para cumplir con los procesos de negocio y los requisitos de la aplicación
- Dirigir al equipo de desarrollo en el diseño, desarrollo, codificación, prueba y depuración de aplicaciones
- Escribir código escalable, eficiente y testeable y liderar las revisiones de código
- Mentorizar a los miembros junior del equipo y asegurar que se adhieren a los estándares de calidad de software determinados

**Requisitos Clave**
- Grado en Informática, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado
- Tienes sólida experiência en desarrollo de software
- Éxito probado como líder de equipo técnico
- Eres un buen mentor y entrenador
- Posees buenas habilidades de comunicación

**Main Responsibilities of a Senior Software Developer**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
- Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
- Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- You have solid experience in software development
- Proven success as a technical team leader
- You are a good mentor & coach
- You possess good communication skills
