Field Dispatch

**We are an American company with presence in Mexico since 2016 of managed technology infrastructure services for end users. We provide immediate, precise, punctual, and specialized attention, as well as the prompt resolution of any incident that occurs in service companies.**

**Job Position: Logistics Analyst (not remote)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage daily schedules for field staff, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes in service demands or unforeseen circumstances.
- Assign and dispatch field technicians, drivers, or service personnel to job sites based on service requests, location, and urgency.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service times, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quickly address and resolve issues that arise during field operations

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Advanced spoken and written English (85%)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for scheduling and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with field staff, customers, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple service requests and schedules simultaneously.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and scheduling.
- Ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure to resolve field issues and maintain service quality.
- Creative problem-solving skills to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with field staff, customers, and internal teams.
- Experience in the specific industry
