Accounts Receivable is responsible to Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting and recording accounts receivable data.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process incoming accounts and payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, calculating, posting and recording accounts receivable data.
- Prepare invoices and bank deposits, Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are correctly posted and recorded.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues.
- Facilitate payment of overdue invoices by sending invoice reminders and contacting customers.
- Generate financial reports and statements that detail the status of accounts receivable. Prepare cost estimates for possible new products.
- Update daily billing to clients or when necessary.
- Provide management with reports such as: daily sales, Scrap, work efficiency, material variance, PPV and CYC adjustments, specification and comparison of factors affecting the budget.
**Requirements**:
- Accounting BA's
- Experience in similar position - 2 years min.
- Bilingual
- SAP
