Seguro has escuchado la expresión "jugar de local", pero ¿sabías que para operar de local hace falta un departamento entero? Al menos en Cornershop by Uber. Es por eso que buscamos a nuestro nuevo o nueva Inventory Supervisor para el área de Local Ops, para ayudarnos a que cada cosa que nuestra operación funcione sin problemas, y que cada cliente pueda hacer sus pedidos de manera correcta.

**¿Qué realizarás en esta posición?**:

- Responsable de ser el canal de comunicación entre WH Manager y Equipo de Producción respecto a estrategia de Producción
- Asegurar producción de acuerdo a planeación de la demanda generando estrategias en el equipo para optimizar operación.
- Generar metodología de aseguramiento respecto a armado de paquetes para cumplir con DOH dependiendiendo pedidos, activaciones y entrega a shoppers.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de desempeño del equipo, optimizando las fortalezas de cada miembro.
- Gestionar las necesidades operativas, estructurales así como administrativas de las ciudades foráneas a su cargo para crear el vínculo entre los operadores y WH Manager.
- Análisis de consumo de material de los puntos de distribución para optimización de operación.
- Control y auditoría de recepción de material en bodega.
- Mantener al día los KPIs de rendimiento del área y el equipo
- Mantener al equipo motivado y con buenos resultados.

**¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en tu postulación?**:

- Experiência previa en operaciones logísticas como administrativo.
- Nível de Excel intermedio.
- Experiência estableciendo y analizando KPIs para el área de operaciones.
