**In this role, you will manage and execute health, safety and environment programs in order to mitigate and reduce safety, health and environmental risks on the operations. Contribute to design and implement EHS strategies that can guarantee a health and safety environment to all employees and external workers, as well as mínimal negative impacts to environmental by the business operation.***

**What will you do?**
- Enhance the collaborators awarness regarding to envirnomental protection
- Develop environmental projects
- Ensure all of the employees are properly trained in environment topics according to their role and functions
- Create and keep procedures and formats according to federal and local regulations, as well as company and client ISO 14 001 requierements
- Ensure environmental protection by proper analysis and controls
- Ensure the operation conditions are safe for all of the employees, visitors and contractors
- Incident investigation
- Ensure all of the employees are properly trained in safety, health and environmental topics according to their role and functions
- Create and keep procedures and formats according to federal and local regulations, as well as company and client and ISO 45 001/ISO 14 001 requierements, and ensuring their executions
- Support all stakeholders in the safety, health and environmental legal and corporate requirements by training, guidance and coaching on their operations and activities needs
- Promoting a safety environment for all internal and external workers
- Identify the Health Mangement System opportunity areas and propose the improvement actions requiered
- Create and execute work plans in order to meet the organization expectation on Health and Safety performance
- Support the Occupational Health legal compliance
- Ensure the Health Department and First Aid brigade is well prepared to provide the proper response in case of emergency
- Development of the Ergonomics Risks Management program as well as its working plan
- Ensure the Psychosocial Risk Management program is properly executed

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Degree on engineering or science, areas related to chemistry, math, biology, physics, environmental or health matters
- Advanced English
- Desirable training courses on areas related to Machinery and Equipment Safety (Advanced), Electrical Safety, Cranes and Lifting, Emergency Preparedness and Response, Hazardous Materials, Industrial Powered Vehicles, Ergonomics, BLS, Industrial Hygiene, Air Emissions, Waste Management, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45 001, PC, STPS and SSA NOMs
- Domain of legal and corporate requierements such as STPS/SSA NOMs, COFEPRIS and IMSS regulation, world class health management systems, etc.
- Root cause analysis
- Knowledge on: Equipment and Machinery Safety, Hazardous Material Management, Working at heights, Electrical Safety, Confined Spaces, Safety and Health Committee, PPE Management, Heat works, Construction safety, Lock Out Tag Out, Waste segregation, Energy efficiency, Water treatment and protection
- Data statistics analysis
- MS Office software
- Ergonomics assessment techniques
- Medical emergency preparedness training for brigades
- First Aid, Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- Knowledge of chronical degenerative illnesses and control measures
- Knowledge of pregnancy and motherhood legal rights, requirements and monitoring system
- Psychosocial Risk Management
- Knowledge of Obesity, Morbidity and Nutrition
- New Hiring and Periodic medical exams
- Knowledge OHSAS 18001/ISO 45 001, ISO 9001, Health Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
- Skillfull in data management software as Excel, Power BI, Tableu, etc.
