DuPont in is recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst to join its dynamic team in Mexico City and cover a maternity leave. This role will provide administrative support to the HR team and employee’s needs.
**Main Activities**:
- Investigates and resolves daily employee service problems, either directly or through advice to line management.
- Implement different tasks related to specific projects of the Company and eventually participate in calls and contact colleagues from other Regions such as Asia, Europe or North America to follow up and/or solve problems.
- Manage administrative issues related to review and replication of internal policies and documents, updates in the HR portal, collection of document signatures, coordinates and monitor documents shipments, prepare documents and letters for Migration procedures and work permits, request and send electronic cards for meal allowances and seniority awards.
- Provide support to employees to solve needs related to benefits, seek for solutions and maintain permanent contact with HR providers.
- Follow up on the trainee (becarios) program and renewal of agreements.
- Onboarding of new employees, contract sign, documents follow up and enrollment in in current benefits.
- Request and receive purchase orders, communication with suppliers to pay bills for different related services (insurance, promotional, electronic cards, etc.).
- Send communications using the HR internal channel as needed.
- Maintain personnel files and data updated and provides reports as needed.
**Some Qualifications that are expected for this role**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Careers or Psychology.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles is required.
- Fluent writing, listening and speaking English is required.
- Previous experience supporting HR area is strongly desirable.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by actively developing a spirit of teamwork and cooperation when working and diverse work groups across all levels of the organization and contributing to an enthusiastic, positive work climate.
- Highly organized and able to manage and respond quickly to dynamic priorities.
- High attention to detail, ability to recall details from past events, conversations and introductions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under very demanding time constraints and set appropriate priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict and complete confidentiality and must exercise discretion.
- Able to anticipate problems and take preventative action.
- Willingness to accept and learn from new and different tasks and challenges and grow in new areas of responsibility.
