- REQUISITOS Y RESPONSABILIDADES_
El FLU Manager recibe los nuevos proyectos por parte del CSOF Manager, revisa que cumpla con los requerimientos de booking y asigna los proyectos dentro de su equipo de trabajo.
Balancea la carga y revisa disponibilidad de recursos en caso de que sea requerido proporcionar soporte a otra FLU. Realiza auditoría interna dentro de la FLU asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos y procedimientos.
Identifica junto con su grupo de trabajo eventos de mejora y proporciona retroalimentación al CSOF Manager para establecer las lecciones aprendidas y mejoras a través del departamento.
Asiste a las reuniones de seguimiento, de arranque y proporciona soporte para la solución de problemas o toma de decisiones de los proyectos.
Monitorea y establece acciones de mejora para los métricos que están fuera de meta dentro de la FLU:
Comunicación. Es el encargado de que la comunicación en la FLU fluya de manera efectiva. Entrega a Tiempo. Es responsable de la calidad y entrega a tiempo de los entregables de la FLU, incluidos documentos, dibujos, reportes y equipos. Contribución Marginal. Identifica similitudes entre proyectos a fin de buscar soluciones comunes y reducciones de costos para cumplimiento de la contribución marginal de los proyectos establecida por corporativo y/o establecida en los SAP aprobados de los proyectos. Satisfacción del Cliente. Se encarga de supervisar y asegurar la satisfacción del cliente para los proyectos ejecutados dentro de su FLU.
Revisa carga de planta con sus contrapartes de FLU junto con planeación y el CSOF Manager para la asignación de recursos en los proyectos y definición de prioridades en planta.
Realiza las juntas de revisión de proyecto semanales y mensuales para verificar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos. Revisa la utilización de los recursos y busca la utilización de los centros de bajo costo como el GTEC.
Proporciona coaching y soporte al equipo de trabajo a fin de eliminar barreras en la ejecución de las actividades dentro de la FLU.
Es el promotor del uso de herramientas corporativas para la ejecución de los trabajos dentro de la FLU.
Principales responsabilidades:
Accountability y Producción. Participación en junta de Accountability y Juntas de Producción dando retroalimentación y seguimiento con los Project Team Members Juntas de Arranque Internas y Externas. Asistir a los Project Team Members en la ejecución de las juntas de arranque cuando sea requerido y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos, tiempos y formatos establecidos. Manejo de Riesgos. Asegurar el cumplimiento por parte de los Project Team Members y ayudar a la realización y revisión de los planes de acción y mitigación de riesgos. Pass Gates. Asegurar el cumplimiento por parte de los Project Team Members en la realización de los Pass Gates en los proyectos seleccionados. Plan de Comunicación. Asegurar la utilización por parte de los Project Team Members de la Matriz de Comunicaciones en todos los Proyectos. Apoyar a los Project Team Members a desarrollar sus métodos de comunicación interna y externa. Plan de Ejecución del Proyecto (PEP). Apoyar a los Project Team Members en la realización y actualización de los PEP’s para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los mismos. Lecciones Aprendidas. Incentivar el uso de la herramienta de Lessons Learned por parte de los Project Team Members. Liderar reuniones de revisión de Lecciones Aprendidas mensuales de su propia FLU y la general junto con las demás FLU’s. Reporteo. Incentivar y asegurar el reporteo de avance por parte de los distintos Project Team Members directamente en el sistema ProFlow y EIS. Revisión progresiva de estatus de los proyectos del equipo a través de los cronogramas cargados en servidor, dashboards y reportes de ProFlow. ProFlow. Realización de auditorías internas para asegurar la correcta y completa utilización del sistema por parte de los Project Team Members. Documentación. Revisar y medir a los Project Team Members en base a los reportes enviados por Control de Documentos. Reportes Mensuales (MPSR). Asegurar el cumplimiento por parte de los Project Team Members de los tiempos establecidos para generación y liberación de los reportes en el Sharepoint. Realizar la r
