**The Admissions Advisor** is a key member of the university's admissions team, responsible for helping prospective students navigate the admissions process and make informed decisions about their education. The Admissions Advisor works closely with applicants, faculty, and staff to ensure that prospective students have the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their academic careers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with prospective students that have requested information about the university’s programs.
- Communicate with applicants to provide guidance on the admissions process and answer questions about the university and its programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students to promote the university and its programs.
- Participate in outreach activities to provide information about the university to prospective students and their families.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment and outreach strategies to attract a diverse and qualified applicant pool.
- Provide support to current students with the enrollment process, including course registration and financial aid.
- Collaborate with other admissions advisors and university staff to ensure that admissions and enrollment goals are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant and student information in the university's admissions database.
- Other duties as assigned.

**The minimum requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or a closely related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with prospective students and their families, and to communicate with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all prospective students.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to evaluate and make decisions based on complex information and to identify creative solutions to challenging problems.

Pay: $16,804.00 - $21,005.00 per month
