**Description & Requirements**:
**What You Will Do**
- Follow-up on tasks commissioned by the supervisor.
- Cleaning assistant monitoring in assigned areas.
- Participates in the development and programming of preventive and predictive maintenance and executes them.
- Responsible for the supervision of technical services.
- Supervising the work orders of their clients
- Responsible for the safety of the work carried out by its installation technicians, providing the required permits to carry out the work
- Validate the work done.
- Carry out work with high quality and safety.
- Answer emergency calls on your communication and / or verbal equipment
- Inform daily to your supervisor the work done and pending of the day.
- Report any risk situation in the building equipment to its load
- Anticipate the purchase of spare parts for your equipment under load
- Follow up on material purchase requisitions
- Responsible for making the tours to review the conditions of the building.
- Be on time for preventive maintenance of your building equipment
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.

**What You Need**

- 1 years minimum experience verifiable, as facilities technician or facilities leader.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Industry.
- Uderstanding of electronic, hydraulic, Mechanicals and cooling system.
- Plumbing.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electric, electronic systems schematics, and technical manuals.
- Chiller and water treatment experience.
- Molding Machines basic conditions and installations.
- High school or Technical career in: mechanics, electromechanics, electrical.
