PosiTrace by Global Fleet Management is a rapidly growing Canadian SaaS company specializing in GPS tracking, with a global footprint.

As a **Recruitment intern** in Positrace you’ll be part of a dynamic team where you'll contribute to the entire recruitment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serving as the primary contact for applicants
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with Managers
- Send rejection letters
- Participating in interview processes
- Engaging in company events in collaboration with HR Generalist Manager in Mexican office
- Assisting with office administration tasks with HR Generalist Manager in the Mexican Office

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong in computer skills
- Strong administrative and document management capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Enthusiastic work ethic and dedication
- Genuine interest in the field of recruitment

**Education**:

- Last semesters of the Administration or Organizational Psychology career
- English and spanish knowledge

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 9 am
- 2 pm
- Economic support: $8,000 MX per month

Como **Becario de reclutamiento bilingüe** en Positrace, formarás parte de un equipo dinámico donde contribuirás a todo el proceso de reclutamiento.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Servir como el contacto principal para los solicitantes
- Coordinar y programar entrevistas con los gerentes
- Participar en procesos de entrevistas
- Participar en eventos de la empresa en colaboración con el Gerente General de Recursos Humanos en la oficina mexicana
- Asistir en tareas de administración de oficina con el Gerente General de Recursos Humanos en la oficina mexicana

**Educación**:

- Últimos semestres de la carrera de Administración o Psicología Organizacional
- Conocimientos de inglés y español

**Horario de Trabajo**:

- Lunes a viernes de 9 am a 2 pm
- Apoyo económico:$8,000 MX por mes
