Cookware/warehouse Buyer

A cookware (buyer ) shall work in conjunction with the Purchasing Manager to achieve maximum service level, inventory turn over, and return on investment. This position involves sourcing new vendors in Mexico and South America; negotiating pricing, as well as assisting the sales team in the US with special projects.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Source new vendors in Mexico and South America
- Create and update new items on SAP
- Negotiate pricing and delivery dates with vendors
- direct contact with vendors and follow up orders
- Assist the US sales team with special projects
- Schedule deliveries to the Aramco Imports warehouse in Los Angeles
- Other tasks as required shall be assigned
- Create Reports for purchasing inventories, forecast, sales reports
- Must attend Mexico, china and LA requirements

**Required Qualifications**:

- more than 2 years of prior purchasing experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in accounting or administration (intern, titled or truncated)
- 2 years' experience
- Male or female
- Age of 30 to 45 years
- Desirable to live no more than one hr. And a half from Polanco
- English Fluent speaking and writing
- Team worker, to know how to prioritize all requirements and daily tasks
