Technical Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and set recruiting strategies
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of controls engineering, robot programming, and project management roles within the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top talent in a competitive market
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations

Preferred:

- Experience recruiting for automotive, life sciences, and food and beverage manufacturers
- Knowledge of the latest recruiting trends and techniques
- Professional certification in Human Resources or related field

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
