- As part of our Taste & Wellbeing business’ industrial operations in Mexico, you will plan, organize and implement the necessary activities to support manufacturing strategies, leading a team of Maintenance Specialists. Also, you will participate in the definition, development, submission and implementation of capital improvements for building utility, manufacturing processes and associated equipment. You will report into the Maintenance & Engineering Manager.- You will work on-site in our T&W manufacturing facility located in Cuernavaca, Morelos, and we ask that you will be permanent residence in that city.- Your
- **main responsibilities **will be:
**Strategy design and execution**
- Provide input to the local Maintenance plan and related objectives with regards to e.g. production capacity, schedule of critical maintenance activities, changes in equipment, and spare parts inventory.
- Implement functional strategies locally through deployment of operational plans.

**Function management**
- Lead a team of maintenance specialists which executes maintenance activities for the site.
- Provide input to the definition of maintenance budgets based on maintenance requirements i.e. resources, materials, duration within assigned area of activity.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance of installations of equipment and users with EHS and QM policies.
- Identify, recommend and deploy improvements whether to correct non-compliant situations or improve productivity.
- Improve stock of spare parts and disposal of obsolete materials.
- Coordinate work of suppliers, monitor their performance and escalate issues to the E&M management and Procurement for resolution.
- Provide support to engineering projects regarding operative procedures and equipment/installation trials.

**People management**
- Oversee the execution of annual human resources processes for the local Maintenance team and validate related results.
- Work with local Operations and Engineering & Maintenance management teams and HR Business Partner in developing a local talent pipeline for the function.
- Foster the development and promotion of talents within and outside the function.

- University degree of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline with Maintenance certification.
- At least 7 years of overall experience in Maintenance and at least 2 years as a Maintenance Coordinator/Supervisor/Superintendent or similar position leading a team in industrial operations of the foods & beverages, mass consumption or chemical industries.
- Experience in industrialization and engineering projects with focus on testing activities.
- Knowledge of EHS rules and guidelines.
- Experience using SAP.
- Upper-intermediate level of English, both oral and written.
