We are looking for a talent like you
- Shaping the future:
- Responsible for related area regarding assembly engineering (PLC programs, Tools, Process parameters), responsible to develop processes, design of tools, fixtures and gauges, creating of needed documentations (working instructions, setup sheets, PFMEA), supporting production in daily questions and problems.
- Create a collaborative environment:
- Process development and implementation for new product launch incl. associate training (manage process from single part drawing to Customer PPAP approval)
- PLC implementation and other means to improve/stabilize the workflow, save process data and other important data as determined necessary for an effective process control
- Create something new:
- Support the daily operation of the assembly associates and processes with hands-on actions for CIP
- Work with the quality department to solve systemic Customer issues through use of 8D, A3, PDCA, point and system CIP.
- Take responsibility:
- Prepare and conduct time studies in assembly lines and other areas, develop tailored tools, fixtures and processes for further cycle time reduction.
- Develop and perform assembly PFMEA, assign proper RPN, initiate activities to correct high risk conditions,implement preventive actions prior to Customer claims.
- Think holistically:
- CIP downtime and interruptions of assembly processes and propose improvement possibilities to meet and improve production standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,
- Languages: English Advanced
- Personality: Very good communication and coordination skills, result-oriented person. Distinct analytical thinking and problem solving attitude. Willing to work in international teams and within intercultural environment
