**ACTIVIDADES**:
Fabricar herramentales, fixtures y refacciones para las plantas de Sanmina mediante en uso de equipo de Control Numérico Computarizado (Torneado y Fresado).

Asignar y seguimiento de actividades de los recursos disponibles por turno.

**ESCOLARIDAD**:
Tecnico / Tecnologo en Maquinas Herramientas

**EXPERIENCIA**:

- Conocimiento de dibujo tecnico e interpretacion de planos.
- Uso y aplicación de herramientas manuales, desarmadores, llaves allen, pinzas, etc.
- Conocimiento de corte con sierra cinta vertical y horizontal.
- Dominio de maquina perfiladora o fresadora y torno convencional o pararlelo
- Dominio de CNC, conocimientos de codigos "G" y "M", Offset de herramientas y cargado de programas.
- Calculo de avances y revoluciones de mecanizado.
- Capacidad para intregrarse a equipos
- Capacidad de comunicarse oral y escrita
- Capacidad critico, logico y matematica
- Tener iniciativa

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Administrar los recursos de maquinado, realizar plan de maquinado.
- Seguimiento de actividades en el gantt.
- Validacion de reporte de actividades, planes de mantenimiento.
- Solicitar materiales para procesar.
- Mantener equipo CNC con carga para cada turno.
- Entrega y recepcion de herramentales, validacion de la calidad de los mismos.
- Capacitar o desarrollar las habilidades necesarias para la actividades del area.
- Aplicacion de 5S's en area asignada
