**Job Summary**:

- _Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and achieving organizational goals._

**Duties / Responsibilities**:

- _Lead and oversee all plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution._
- _Main responsible for final results of the entire organization._
- _Prepares, negotiates and manages the company's objectives and budgets, as well as the strategies and action plans to meet these objectives. Validate and authorize the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the company._
- _Determines the execution of the organization's administrative policies through directors, deputy directors or subordinate managers._
- _Ensures the optimal operation of the functional areas of the company._
- _Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and maximize output._
- _Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards while controlling costs and maintaining efficiency._
- _Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety awareness among all employees._
- _Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements._
- _Coordinate with supply chain partners to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and components._
- _Manage inventory accuracy and control measures, minimizing waste and inventory carrying costs._
- _Represents the company in industrial, commercial or service associations to develop an acceptance of it, as well as detect situations or trends that may affect the company._

**Education and experience**:

- _Demonstrated 5 years of experience in General Manager roles_
- _Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred._
- _Fluent in English._
- _Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, systems, and processes._
- _Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities._
- _Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions to achieve organizational objectives._
- _Proficiency in computing including Microsoft Office._
- _Familiarity with ERP systems, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies._
- _Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams._
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment._
- _Willingness to travel to various company locations as needed._
- _Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and safety standards._
